In 1999 Joan Ramón began this new adventure with natural wines in a magical place where there is an enviable peace and the rocks convey an almost lost rural history in high altitudes of Tarragona.
Les Paradetes 2022 is his interpretation of the classic blend of full-bodied red wines from the area. It takes advantage of all the acidity of the Carinyena and the Sumoll and lifts it with the flower of a magnificent young Garnacha . Aged for 8 months in a 200-year-old Villarobledo vat.
