EL PINTO - TINTILLA DE ROTA 2023
El Pinto is a collaboration between Les Caves de Pyrene - a major importer and distributor of organic and biodynamic wines - and Hacienda La Parrilla, from Cádiz. The objective of this joined project is to produce quality wines, from sustainably grown grapes and natural, minimal intervention processes.
This red wine is produced from the lesser-known, indigenous local variety called Tintilla. Juicy, brambly palate with bright fruit, good acidity and perfect balance – a rarity among the wines of southern Spain.
