Bizio makes ciders and other drinks, mostly fermented. Their ciders are refreshing, slightly acidic and bubbly. They are made with 100% fruit, without additions- no sulfur, yeasts, or sugars- unfiltered, and from spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
This cider is made from the native basque apple grapes of Bost Kantoi, Urdin Sagarra, Bustin Sagarra, San Pedro and Konika.
