Laia, Oriol and Jaume are three young wine makers who started a fresh, exciting project on September 2019, that soon began to weave in its territory something that goes beyond making wine: recovering vineyards, recovering purity and having a good time.
Dumenge Ancestral Sumoll 2023 is from the youngest vines of the Cal Mus estate in Espiells (Alt Penedès). Before fermentation, a one-day maceration was carried out with the skins to give it greater structure and aromatic complexity.
